Welcome to Fit For 365 Days! My name is Andre Pickett and I created this blog for people like you and me. People who want to lose weight but have a hard time doing so. People who want to get healthy but don’t know quite how to start and maintain it. People who want their body to look better but don’t know the right exercises to do. People who always vow to be healthier but always find excuses to not follow through.
I’m hoping that by creating this blog I can achieve my goal weight and maintain it as well as shape up my body. I’ve asked my friends Jon Benson and Will Brink who are accomplished fitness authors to help me with my blog and they agreed.
